A light, refreshing, and super-hydrating summer beverage. Ideal for warmer days, busier days or post-workout.
You’ll need:
500–1000ml chilled water
AquaSource Electrolyte & Hydration (1 serving)
Fresh raspberries or blueberries
Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

Method:
Mix one serving of Electrolyte & Hydration powder into water until fully dissolved (refer to product label for directions).
Add ice, mint leaves, a handful of raspberries or blueberries.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse before serving.
