We all go in search of something sweet every now and then. When hunger hits, whip up a batch of these delicious vegan, gluten free brownies from Gergana Nalbantova. Made with organic oat flour, AquaSource Lighten-Up! nutritional meal replacement plus a drizzle of dark chocolate, they’re the perfect treat for your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS
100gr. Organic oat flour
20gr. AquaSource Lighten-Up!
80gr. Organic raw cocoa powder
Pinch of AquaSource Himalayan Salt
160gr. Runny tahini (or other nut butter)
7tbsp. Maple syrup (or Maca Power for a burst of natural sweetness)
2tbsp. Runny coconut oil
100gr. Organic dark chocolate for dipping/coating
METHOD
Begin by mixing all of the dry ingredients.
Next, add all the liquids and mix well.
When you have finished mixing, take a spoonful of the mixture and form into a brownie shape of your choice. Place it on a board or tray lined with baking paper. Repeat this step until you have used all the mixture.
Place the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes to cool down.
In the meantime, melt the organic dark chocolate in a water bath. When runny, drizzle, dip or cover your brownies with the chocolate.
Finally, pop them in the freezer for 30 mins to set before tasting and sharing.
