• As part of the 4 week Start Easy Programme: Week 1, 2 and 3 take 2 capsules at night with a glass of spring water on an empty stomach.
• If not part of the Start Easy Programme: Take 1 to 2 capsules at night with a glass of spring water on an empty stomach.
